Design Officer/ CAD Drafter:

• Completes Documentation Drawings
• Completes Finishes and Component Schedules
• Complete As-Builts Drawings
• Details Joinery Drawings
• Design Correspondence with Design Manager and/or Senior Designer thru Outlook and Skype
• Amends Drawings as per Client’s Comments
• Amends Drawings as per Design Manager/ Senior Designer’s Mark-ups
• Checks and Mark-Up Fellow Designer’s Drawings before Submission

Project Coordinator:

• Provide Assistance to Site Project Managers for the following but not limited to:
• Weekly Construction Progress Reports
• Project Completion/Handover reports/manuals
• Logistics Correspondence
• Contractor/supplier Correspondence
• Monthly reports for environmental certifications, i.e. LEED
• Job folder maintenance (documentation)

Other Tasks:

• Prepares and Presents Design Proposals
• Creates Realistic 3D Drawings/Animation
• Does Architectural Interior Designs
• Coordinates and Supervises Site Construction
• Prepares Specifications and Bill of Materials
• Estimates/Cost Engineer
• Quantity Surveying
• Land Surveying
• Structural Design/Structural Engineer
